Kanye West to livestream new song, benefit concert on Amazon Prime

Kanye West’s benefit concert event for Martin Luther King, Jr. will stream exclusively on Amazon Prime.

On Saturday, Jan. 19, West is staging a benefit show in California called the “Yeezy Boost 2018 Charity Concert.” Drake, 2 Chainz, 2 Chainz, Young Thug, Tory Lanez, Juicy J, Offset, Giggs, French Montana, Diggy Simmons, K. Flay, Jeremih, Quavo, PnB Rock, and YFN Lucci will be performing.

However, only one artist will be livestreamed on Amazon for the event — West’s exclusive performance.

The event will be streamed beginning at 8:30 p.m. ET on Amazon and will feature any remaining sold-out tickets for the sold-out show. All proceeds will go to West’s non-profit foundation.

The video for West’s charity performance will also be available on-demand in the U.S. and Canada the day after the event.

West also announced on Sunday that he’s creating the “New Slaves” Grammy Artistry Award trophy in tribute to King.

The show is taking place at the Forum in Inglewood, California and is free to the public. Doors open at 4 p.m. PT.
